Jumbo brand, with a rich history dating back to 1947, began in a small workshop in the Çemberlitaş district of Istanbul. By the 1950s, Jumbo started offering first-class products and has been honored with various awards in 1966, 1987, 2008, 2012, and 2016. With a goal to meet customer needs worldwide, Jumbo initiated a renewal process, becoming a trend-setting brand in the industry by 1987 due to the impact of this renewal campaign. Acquired by Karaca Group in 2014, Jumbo launched its retail operations in 2015, opening its first store in January at the Marmara Forum shopping center in Istanbul.
