"Future Leaders" is a project aimed at gathering the most talented individuals from leading universities, those who can adapt quickly and effectively to the organization. The initiative aims to transfer the knowledge and experience of the current management team to the skills of future leaders. Critical aspects of the project include unveiling the potential in young minds, strengthening leadership skills, and ensuring that they master a specific field within two years. Generation Y is known for its rapid adaptation to all sorts of innovations and technological advancements in this era. Making up almost 40% of the world's population, this generation has started to take the baton from Generation X in the business world. With this project, we aim to prepare them for leadership roles and contribute to their developmental processes.
